Beautillion is a celebration of the achievements of young African American men who are high school seniors. These young men, or "Beaux", represent a select few of the many candidates nominated to be honored at Beautillion each year. Each Beau is chosen in recognition of his demonstrated achievements in academics, sports, the arts, community and church involvement, leadership, and his overall commitment to the advancement of African Americans. All Beaux must plan to continue their education.

Proceeds from Beautillion will fund scholarship/achievement awards for Beaux based on select criteria.

In addition, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Jack and Jill's National Foundation
for contribution to programs that enhance children's academic skills and leadership, as well as other selected charities based in the Dallas area.

The Jack and Jill of America Foundation, Inc. exist as the philanthropic arm of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Since its inception in 1968, the Foundation has acted to influence the ongoing positive development of children.
